Summary: Booked a 6 person room. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Sofa bed needs to replace. It was so uncomfortable, middle of the sofa bed sunken in once we pull out.

Summary: we we there for a medical procedure. The hotel accommodated perfectly. Melody at front desk helped immensely with changing us to a handicap room with grab bars and space. We really enjoyed seeing others with their puppies about the hotel. Very nice feature. Thank you for having a non smoking facility. It really makes a difference.
